I didn't get to read the rules and I haven't been to this part of Ayala Cebu for awhile but it's nice to know they have this. It is located near the information booth on the ground floor in front of Guess. The great thing about this is, it is free :-)

how does this work? do you uh, stay near the booth while your phone is being charged? or does it have some sort of a lock so you can roam about in the mall and just get back on it, later?
Good question, that I don't know yet, I will ask the next time I drop by, wanted to ask that day but we were in a hurry, all I got was a photo lang :-)
