Google Android G1 spotted in Greenhills, Manila

About two weeks ago I was in Manila, I found this shop that often times always has the latest HTC Devices available and low and behold, it was there.

The famous T-Mobile Exclusive Google G1, surprisingly it was OPEN LINE. Meaning, you can use it with local networks!.

Google G1 is Googles first flagship PDA/Phone that sports the latest Mobile Operating System called ANDROID.

The HARDWARE of the G1 is also made by HTC, the Taiwanese company known for revolutionizing the Windows Mobile Device.

Its price tag was P37,500.00. Similarly priced to the XPERIA X1 which has also been released here in the Philippines.

For those of you who want try it out, head on over to Greenhills, Theatre mall!

You can get unlocked G1s from T-Mobile with no contract for around $400 I believe plus a 25 developer fee from Google. This might be the cheapest way to get the G1 if you choose to. Only problem with it is it doesn't support 3G. Independent devs will need to develop 3G support for it.
